Your contract with Nurses Scrubs Kenya

Follow the platform’s instructions to place an order. Each order is legally obligated to buy the specified Product, subject to these Terms.

Clicking ‘purchase’ is a binding offer to buy items in your cart. We will email confirmation of receipt, but not acceptance. We will send an acceptance email once we process and prepare your order. The contract for home delivery is formed upon sending the acceptance email. We may invoice you after accepting your order. Either party can cancel before acceptance, and we will refund payments. We may refuse orders for any reason, including stock shortages, or offer alternatives.

Prices And Payment

Orders must be paid within 24 hours via the payment methods available on the platform. We will cancel your order if payment is not received within this timeframe. Refunds will be to your original payment method.

Products ship after payment verification. Full payment is required before shipping.

You become responsible for the Products once they are delivered to the address on your order. If a delivery delay occurs due to your failure to fulfill your obligations under the Contract, you will be responsible for the Products from the date they have been delivered.
